«Pace, ottima vista e servizi.»
Una bellissima struttura, con servizi ottimi. Colazione a buffet variegata e con molta scelta tra prodotti freschi e salutari, come frutta e frutta secca. La spa è rilassante e la piscina bella e pulita, incastonata in una splendida atmosfera naturale e con una vista meravigliosa. La camera era pulita, ma poteva esserlo ancora di più. Il ristorante e' delizioso, ma purtroppo non offre soluzioni vegane. La navetta gratuita che offrono per gli spostamenti è estremamente utile e disponibile al bisogno, oltre che pulita e confortevole. Come miglioramento, potrebbero curare maggiormente la pulizia per quanto riguarda alcuni dettagli (bordo del lavandino, superfici dei comodini, ecc...) , adottare meno soluzioni monouso, ad esempio sostituire i bicchieri monouso della spa con altri in vetro, ed evitare l'uso di ciabatte monouso, anche se comprendo che quest'ultima soluzione potrebbe essere ostica da applicare. Mi piace che l'hotel permetta l'ingresso agli animali. Tutto lo staff è molto cortese. Siamo stati in un periodo in cui la struttura ipotizzo fosse piuttosto libera in termini di numero di camere occupate rispetto alla sua portata massima, questo sicuramente ha giovato in termini di tranquillità e disponibilità dei posti disponibili nei vari servizi (posti a sedere nella spa, ombrellone e lettini in piscina) che a struttura al completo non so se sarebbero stati disponibili in quanto non sono molto grandi rispetto al numero di clienti massimo possibile (mia supposizione), ma forse invece si, non posso dirlo.
La pulizia, che era comunque ottima, poteva essere migliore in alcuni punti non trascurabili. I letti, pur essendo di buona qualità, potevano essere un po più comodi, per quanto riguarda i miei gusti personali ovviamente (li ho trovati troppo morbidi, cedevoli, e con cuscini troppo imponenti, sempre per le mie preferenze). Alcune soluzioni erano monouso mentre avrei preferito che non lo fossero, se possibile.

Cordialità, pulizia, ristorazione eccellente, riservatezza e confort. La navetta “on demand” per andare in centro al paese (vista la penuria di parcheggi) è davvero ben pensata

Struttura molto pulita, Posizione comoda perché situata a 10 minuti a piedi vicino alla stazione di Levanto , Camera ampia ( familiare) con letti king size , bagno ampio fornito di tanti prodotti per la cura del corpo Fiori freschi ovunque all’interno della struttura Colazione varia, con prodotti di ottima qualità,torte fresche e diverse ogni mattina
Piscina fuori servizio perché in manutenzione di conseguenza prezzo non adeguato per questa mancanza Non abbiamo usufruito della spa in quanto i bambini sotto i 12 anni non possono entrare Cena con tempi di attesa lunghi , costo elevato , portate non adatte ai bambini dovuta all’essenza di un menu specifico per loro
